Bugzilla #94 still existed, as of 2.5PRE3--but it's been around for
aeons, so I guess it only crops up every once in a while. We got a
bigger box in service at the site where I was seeing it daily, and
they've not hit it since (except once when I mistakenly upgraded them to
a Squid with only 1024 file descriptors--then they hit it within
minutes, maybe a clue to its source, I don't know).
