RE: what means "SWAPOUT_DONE" and "PING_NONE"

These are squid-dev questions. Back in the old days, I
asked similar questions in squid-users and then I was
asked to join squid-dev. :) But now of course, there
are more vets here and it can be quite annoying if you
are a newbie and ask too many questions (I probably
didn't ask as many questions as George however. ;)).
My suggestion to George is to use more grep to get
more familiar with the code before asking questions. I
think this list is probably more welcome to questions
that ask "why do you do it this way" than "what is
this" kind of questions.

I just skimmed the programming guide and there is
nothing documented related to what SWAPOUT_DONE and
PING_DONE mean. I am in the process of re-familiarize
myself with the squid source. Maybe I can update the
programming guide in the mean time? Is Adrian in
charge of the programming guide?
