TLV is the fileformat for the meta information in the beginning of
on-disk cache objects. This meta information consists of
* The object URL
* The object MD5(methd+URL) key
* The parts of StoreEntry between the TLV comments in the current
source.. (mainly timestamps)
* and more fields in future (2.5 has a field for vary dependent request
header data)
