Possible bug on HEAD

Hi Henrik,

Testing nt branch based on HEAD, I have found the following thing:

If in squid.conf there is NO http_port statement, squid crashes with
segment violation, debugging I can look that it crashes in getMyPort()
because Config.Sockaddr.http is NULL.
If I add an http_port statement, all works fine.

May be an HEAD problem.
