Cleaned.
And after some problems with comm_select(), finally I'm able to start
again the Windows native port of 2.6 ..... :-)
Now I have a comm_select_win32.c file supporting pending bits.
However if this code is used only in the native Windows port, I like
to merge it in 2.6 for a better source maintenance.
What is your opinion ?
