Figured it out. The SF devel messages is currently sent via the
squid-cvs@squid-cache.org mailing list. This changed 2006/05/20 probably
due to some issues with the SF list servers.
So to get the commit messges you need to be subscribed to
squid-cvs@squid-cache.org. This gives you commit messages from both CVS
repositories.
