I have now modified my access classes like this,
to cover most of the images/image formats, and bins gotten with http protocol.

ttl_pattern ^http:// 1440 20% 43200
ttl_pattern ^ftp:// 10080 50% 43200
ttl_pattern/i \.(gif|jpg|jpeg|xbm|png)$ 5760 50% 43200
ttl_pattern/i \.(zip|lha|arc|arj|rar|tgz|gz|tar|exe|pdf)$ 10080 50% 43200
ttl_pattern/i \.(shmtl|phtml)$ 0 0% 0
ttl_pattern/i cgi 0 0% 43200
