Is it possible...?

Hi,

Is it possible to configure Squid to continue to return cached objects when
the original source cannot be accessed? I use a dial-up connection and would
like to access the cached information when not connected.

Please forgive me if this is a FAQ, I've only just discovered/Installed squid.
