ftpget is adding cr nl to the end of the lines

Hi

When i try to fetch
<URL:ftp://ftp.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-rfced-exp-rupp-03.txt>
through our web cache it will end every line with cr nl ('0d0a' in
hex or '\r\n'). If I fetch the file directly with ftp the lines just
end with a newline. So it seems the web cache modifies the data as
it goes through, which is very bad for our alex gateway who uses
the web cache.

I have had a quick look at the ftpget.c file, but I can not find any
obvious place where '\r' is added to the lines.

Anyone who knows where this might happen?
