Hi folks!
I know this has been covered but I have done everything listed in teh
archives I could find about the "cache_effective_user".
I have it set to nobody nobody on Linux 2.0.32.
I chown -R nobody.nobody /usr/local/squid
When I run ./squid -z I get the error about running squid as root and
to check the "cache_effective_user".
Any thoughts? I am truely sorry for bringing this up "again"!
