Disallowing Misses for Parent cache

Hi all,

I have a few parent caches setup, and the children which connect to the
parents are always pulling down their error messages. I was curious if there
was a way for me to force Squid to try going DIRECT instead of allowing any
error messages from foreign cache servers to be displayed.

I'm just tired of seeing those darned read error messages from some parents.
