IOT/TRAP ERROR

Hi,

        I am using squid v1.1.2, upon running /usr/local/squid/bin/squid
        I got an error of :
        FATAL : ALL REDIRECTORS HAVE EXCITED!
                IOT TRAP/ABORT

ARE THERE ANY HELP FOR ME TRY TO SEND IT!
