RE: Cache protocol

Yes in fact all the four ( ICP , digest, netdb, and htcp) are cache
protocol.

        Not sure what you mean by "cache protocol". All four algorithms
you have
        mentioned (including NetDB) are independent peer selection
algorithms, I
        guess. They can be used together on in isolation.
