URL client ident method
eg:
http://www.innocent.com/ 1.2.3.4/- - GET
Squid expects to get in response:
a) A newline (indicating no change)
b) A URL to use instead of the original
I don't believe you can return any other information (eg: change
methods..which wouldn't really make much sense)
