Squid1.2 Netscape bug???

I previously posted the message about the NONE error.
This only happens with the NETSCAPE browser. This is the error we get:

ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: /cgi-bin/namestatus.pl

The following error was encountered:

     Invalid URL

Some aspect of the requested URL is incorrect. Possible problems:

     Missing or incorrect access protocol (should be `http://'' or similar)
     Missing hostname
     Illegal double-escape in the URL-Path
     Illegal character in hostname; underscores are not allowed

Again this only happens when going through transproxy and it worked fine
using squid 1.1. Could this be a bug?
