cachemgr.cgi

hello
I have some problems with cachemgr.cgi
why it does not say anything about network probe database?
I guess I should add something to configuration but I could not find it
also I do not have any parents or siblings
and in cache information why does it say
Memory usage for squid via mstats():
and why not? Memory usage for squid via mallinfo(): ???

I use FreeBSD and I installed gnumalloc.h
