segment violation..

 Hello, All!
In squid log files I've found two messages:

1999/08/06 17:14:15| sslReadClient: FD 26: read failure: (104) Connection
reset by
 peer
FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.
1999/08/06 17:23:09| ctx: enter level 0:
'http://multilingua.seat.it/cgi-bin/webd

1999/08/08 04:47:36| --> releasing
'ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobatreader/wi
n/4.x/ar40eng.exe'
FATAL: Received Segment Violation...dying.
1999/08/08 04:52:57| storeDirWriteCleanLogs: Starting...

But I don't know, what are possible reasons.
I use Squid2.2S3
