Dear Sir:
I meet a problem:
     I set proxy(squid proxy)server's IP to 192.168.200.20,and netmask
to 255.255.0.0.
I want some client whose IP is 192.168.101.XXX and netmask is
255.255.0.0 can access internet through proxy, how can i set the squid?

I try to change squid.conf to

"acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
htp_access allow all"

but it doesn't work,
in the client , the netscape can't get information through proxy,
the netscape show the status information is "Connect: Host www.ibm.com
contacted, Waiting for reply...", the browser get nothing until show
time_out information like

then, I change my client IP to 192.168.200.XXX and netmask to
255.255.0.0, the browser can get right information through proxy, no
problem.
In the proxy server, I use command :"./client http://www.ibm.com >
test", it also get right information.
how can I solve this problem?

my operation system is RedHat Linux 6.0.
