[SQU] Unwanted Connections with Squid

Hello,

we use squid 2.3 stable 4 as web proxy over isdn dial up lines.
Sometimes after surfing the web, and after closing the explorer window on the client,
squid dials out 6 to 9 times, exactly every 2 minutes.
We have set the timeouts in the squid.conf to 45 seconds, but nothing changed.

Do you have any solution, or do you know the problem ?
