1) Enable Squid's PURGE method:
    http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-7.html#ss7.5
2a) Use the Squid's client program for each URL to purge it.
2b) Use my purge utility to purge all objects matching a re. Please wait
    till tomorrow, as I am about to release a new version:
