If the hacker has access to the proxy server then the hacker can do
mostly anything he wants with the cache content. Not as easy as if he
had access to the web server, but sure.

He also has the possibility to replace the Squid software with a hacked
version which performs special redirection of requests, or even traps
information from certain requests he may have further interest in.
