These requests are generated by a programm called cd_load.exe provided by
Babylon. In your access.log should appear something like this:
984524598.677 1 192.168.yyy.xxx NONE/400 1162 GET
http://proxy.local.pakfree.net:8080proxy.local.pakfree.net:8080 - NONE/- -
984524598.689 1 192.168.yyy.xxx NONE/400 1162 GET
http://proxy.local.pakfree.net:8080proxy.local.pakfree.net:8080 - NONE/- -
984524598.695 1 192.168.yyy.xxx NONE/400 1290 GET
/scripts/cms/CmsInit.ASP?ID=1&D2=Q`o@Cs???????&AW=167&LV=2045&CU=1348....

The cd_load.exe is from Cydoor and handles AFAIK the adverts in babylon.

I had the same problem.
I just stoped the task of cd_load.exe on the machine and deleted cd_load.exe
which is located in C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\. Babylon will still work.
