So it seems there is something wrong with my setup...ok, but what should I
look for? is there any tag that I should check in my squid.conf ?

Going through my own Squid I get a request to allow a Java applet writing
rights on my client box (which I denied ofcourse) so it seems ok from here.
I do get an SSL CONNECT ( to servicios.sudameris.
com.co:443).

It seems that it is something in your setup, for which you cannot the bank.

Regarding MS vs. other proxies, they either have to change their policy or
be prepared to loose customers as many different proxy engines are in use
besides MS. Just have a look at the cache-offs.
