[squid-users] always_direct syntax

I'd like to have a particular website domain never cached and always
directly fetched.

The address would be of the form *.foo.com, and I want to have this rule
for all my clients. I'm assuming I need to use always_direct for this, but
I'm not sure how to use it. Could someone help me with the syntax for
this?
