Not as long as there is space awailable and you stay below the magic 2GB
filesize limit.

It should howevever be noted that swap.state is garbage collected every
time you rotate the logs to only contain the information about your
currently cached objects. This means that in average the swap.state size

A abnormally large or always growing swap.state file most likely indicates
you are not rotating the logs and not rotating the logs will give you
problems sooner or later.
