This is a typical error message when your parent proxy (from the cache_peer
line) has gone done and come back. This if very annoying because this can
happen if the parent proxy is just down for a split second. Also it takes a
minute until it is detected as revived.

My solution was a second parent proxy. Expensive but more reliable.
