Seems like this might be an OS or Squid conf issue. I have a Redhat
Enterprise Linux 3 machine running Squid 2.5.STABLE4 which has a
different config than the other S 2.5.STABLE4 and S 3.0 that I was using
which were 15-minute limitted. It is having NO PROBLEMS and has an
rsync running for > 30 minutes. I'll figure it out now that I have one
that works.
