Hi

We can configure squid to set max connection from a client.

acl losers src 192.168.1.0/24
acl 5CONN maxconn 5
http_access deny 5CONN losers

Above is the configuration which is available in FAQ.
Does it mean I can have maximum 5 concurrent connections with squid from
192.168.1.0 subnet.
Or does it mean each IP address from 192.168.1.0 subnet will get 5 max
concurrent connections.

Is it a useful parameter to save squid from DOS attack on sqid port.

Thanks
