monitorurl needs to be a full URL, not just the url-path. I.e.
http://www.your.domain/sesame

You seem to be correct. Now I need to consider if this is a
documentation or a code bug.. Please file a bug report so I don't forget
it for the next release.

A full URL, as it is typed in a browser location bar.
