It's obviously 200 thousand Kb that means 200MB approx. and as per you said
I have left replacement policy default that is least recently used (LRU).
Any other possibilities what will be the problem.

What's the value of maximum_object_size in your squid.conf? Also what's
your cache_replacement_policy?
