[squid-users] Create acl based on Accept-Language?

Is it possible to create an acl like the following in order to a cache_peer
per language:

acl itlanguage req_header Accept-Language ^it
cache_peer 127.0.0.1 parent 80 0 no-query no-digest originserver
name=itcontent
cache_peer_access itcontent allow itlanguage
cache_peer_access itcontent deny all

My test unfortunately does not seem to be working
