[squid-users] 3.HEAD and delay pools

Hi!
I'm trying to limit the bandwidth of squid and i've a problem.
I'm using the following directives:

But on reconfigure i get the error:

squid -v list the "--enable-delay-pools" compile option, so seem all ok...

What i'm doing wrong?

And also, what's the best way to limit upload bandwidth of squid?
client_delay_pools?
