Transproxy "bug".

Howdy.

Ok, this may not be a bug, but more a feature that's lacked (already
notified the author - he's dropped development for the moment and plans to
rewite a few things, not sure when).

For those who are running transproxy, there's a big something that I
overlooked and upon examinsation of several other ISPs, they seemed to
overlooked at it as well (yeah, also all notified). Please make sure you
firewall your redirection port (port 81 is used by default) so that
outsiders (be it other ISPs or whatever) don't have full access to your
proxy cache whihc obviously wastes your bandwidth.
