How many different Authentication Methods can be simultaneously
supported by one Squid. Can I use PAM, NTLM, Basic- .htaccess files,
LDAP, simutaneously. Can I use multiple instances, e.g. refer to users
in separate LDAP servers or Windows Domains.

My initial question, really was going to be, I'm using PAM, but would
like to have some sites restricted using an .htaccess file. They both
seem to use BASIC w either NCSA or PAM, is there a way to have both?
But then, thinking the answer might be "no" to that question, I
thought I'd find out all my options. I'm using the latest Squid
production version, downloaded last week and I'm still testing the
compile. It's no big deal to recompile, so I can add (or remove) helpers.
