This is the most stable WinNT port of Squid.

This is not needed when you use the WinNT port of Squid. The WinNT port of
Squid has it's own ntlm helpers using the Windows NTLMSSP libraries.
See the documentation to the WinNT port. There should be some note on this
somewhere...
