Re: squid on Windows NT Server

Have you tried MingWin32, it does away with cygwin32.dll (emulated system
calls, it uses crtdll.dll), though the author says it works great together
with GNU-Win32 Tools.

I havent tried MingWin32 but it claims that it creates executables
as you would expect a Win32 compiler would. Can be used as a replacement
gcc.

The author says that he started this out of frustration from executables
that depends on cygwin32b.dll
